Maintaining a healthy weight for all
Maintain a healthy weight has been a major issue in recent years due to the quality of the food we eat has declined. We began to eat processed foods, mainly because it is cheaper to buy and easier to cook. All you have to do is throw in the oven and in a few minutes ago. If you have tried to cook it you think the world has been perhaps hours of your time: you have to go to market, buy the ingredients and then go home and cook. And that would certainly have been more expensive, perhaps not in good taste, but definitely healthier.
Excess weight has two major drawbacks: you look bad and feel bad.
The excess fatty tissue in your body stresses and other organs, heart and liver will be the first affected. If you have twice the weight I had a few years ago, his heart has to work twice as much then, so the risk of heart attack is not just a wild speculation.
And we all know that one of our biggest concerns is good, and how do you get along with twenty kilos over your ideal weight? There is a way to calculate the ideal weight by using a mathematical formula: body mass index. Body mass index based on weight, measured in kilograms and height, measured in meters (BMI = weight / height ²) and divides people into categories: underweight, normal weight, overweight and obesity.
Unfortunately, maintaining a healthy weight has become very difficult as well as our daily schedule has become very crowded. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but more than half of us go because they have no time. If you skip lunch as well because it has a very busy day at work and prefer to finish half an hour before going to eat something with their colleagues, which leaves you with dinner the only meal of the day. So imagine how stressful it is for your body: first you starve all day and then put it in the night when your stomach should rest as it does. Of course, this can lead to sleep disorders, too.
So how can we maintain a healthy weight? I think the key to its success is healthy eating and exercise. You should try to eat as many natural products as possible, even if more expensive, try to have at least twice a day fruits and vegetables, mixing them in salads or eaten as a side dish. Exercise as much as possible, go to the gym a few times a week and jogging in the park.
